Supervision
I currently supervise a range of therapists, including assistant psychologists, trainee clinical psychologists, counsellors, and clinical psychologists. I provide clinical, case-load and therapy supervision.
My aim as a supervisor is to provide a safe and supportive reflective space for therapists to explore and develop their practice, regardless of their stage as a clinician. As a trauma specialist, I am mindful of the emotional impact that therapy supervision can have, and I always include space within supervision to consider the supervisee’s wellbeing and explore ways of promoting self-care.
As an integrative practitioner, I am able to supervise therapists working within various models, including CBT, ACT, Schema, and CFT. I am also happy to supervise other integrative and pluralistic practitioners.
I have a particular interest in trauma and attachment, and I bring a trauma-informed and attachment-focused perspective to case discussions in supervision.
If you are interested in supervision and want to discuss this further, I can provide a free 20 minute phone or online initial consultation to explore this further. Please contact me and we can arrange a time to do this.
